How the one-time SMS summary works when you call our AI front-desk assistant, and how to opt in, opt out, and get help.
SAVYMINDS CONSULTING LLC operates an AI front-desk assistant reachable at +1 (866) 366-5189. During a call, the assistant may offer to send you a single text message that summarizes your request and the next step. The message is transactional, sent only with your verbal consent, and limited to one message per call.
When you call the SAVYMINDS AI front-desk assistant at +1 (866) 366-5189, the assistant may offer to send you a one-time text message containing a summary of your request and the next step. This is a transactional message tied to your call. It is not marketing.
We send the text only with your verbal consent during the call. If you do not consent, no message is sent.
At most one (1) message per call. We do not send recurring messages, marketing campaigns, or follow-up texts under this program.
During the call, the assistant asks for your consent using this script, verbatim:
I can text you a quick summary and next steps at this number — okay? Reply STOP anytime to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
We send the SMS only after you say "yes." Your consent, mobile number, and a timestamp are recorded for each message we send.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to any message you receive. SAVYMINDS does not charge you for the message.
Reply STOP to opt out of any further messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also decline the offer verbally during the call so that no message is ever sent.
Your mobile number and your SMS opt-in consent are NOT shared with any third parties for marketing.
We use your number only to deliver the one transactional message you consented to, and we retain the consent record, number, and timestamp for compliance and audit purposes. SMS data handling is described further in our Privacy Policy.
A typical message looks like this:
Savyminds: We received your follow-up request. Ref FU-1234. Summary: [your request]. Next: A Savyminds team member will review and follow up. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.
