Job Description
As a BI Architect at SAVYMINDS, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture of business intelligence solutions. You will ensure that data flows seamlessly from various sources to the BI tools, enabling comprehensive analysis, reporting, and transforming raw data into actionable insights through, the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is effectively utilized for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement BI architecture that supports data integration, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
- Develop data models and schemas that optimize performance for reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the deployment of BI tools and ensure they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards within the BI architecture.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and infographics that summarize complex data.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure accurate data integration and visualization.
- Design and implement BI solutions that align with business objectives, including KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of BI reports to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Ensure data visualizations are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective visual data stories.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, and QlikView, Data warehousing solutions.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of business operations and ability to translate data into business insights.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts ETL processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
